Once you are ready, we will begin sending you new listings, based on your search criteria

You let us know when you see a home that catches your eye. We’ll set up the showing and meet you at the home to provide access

Writing an offer – When you are ready to write an offer, we will help with negotiations and ALL of the necessary contracts

Go under contract – We facilitate all of the necessary details and paperwork throughout the process. Including answering any questions a long the way

Settlement – We will help you schedule a time at title to sign settlement documents, and make sure all of the ducks are in a row

Closing time! – Typically 24 hours after settlement, when your loan has funded and the sale has recorded. This is when you get keys and access to your new home!
