Through our affiliate and syndicated partners, your home can be found on hundreds of websites worldwide!
Showings – Start showing your home to qualified buyers! We are available to take calls on your house 24 hours a day. Your phone number and information will always be kept private at HoneyHomb.
Start receiving offers – We help you with negotiations and the necessary contracts. We use the latest and most up to date E-signature technology, which makes signing contracts or legal documents a breeze. It’s also environmentally friendly!
Accepting an offer – Once under contract, we facilitate all necessary details and paperwork throughout the process. We will schedule inspections and appraisals, as well as answer any questions along the way. You’re in good hands with the HoneyHomb team!
Settlement – We will help you schedule a time with your title company to sign settlement documents. We have several preferred title companies that you can choose from, or feel free to use your own!
Closing! – Typically 24 hours after settlement, when the buyer’s loan has funded and the sale has recorded with the county. This is when your old home becomes the buyer’s new home. Congrats!
Ultimately it’s up to you as the owner/seller. The typical buyer agent commission offered by sellers in Utah is between 2% and 3%. The majority of qualified buyers are working with a Realtor to find their home. Therefore, the majority of sellers choose to offer a commission to buyers’ agents to get as many interested buyers in the door as possible. In this low inventory, sellers’ market, we recommend offering at least 2% to buyer agents. But, if this doesn’t fit your budget, don’t feel obligated.
We are very similar conceptually. We both offer a service that can help people with their real estate needs at a lower cost than would typically be charged by Realtors. The big difference? We charge quite a lot less than Homie, while providing a service on-par with that of the best full-service Realtors in the business. In other words we do more of the work, so that you don’t have to.

We utilize the same websites, the same MLS, the same Utah standard legal forms, and have more experience than the majority of agents in the business today.
