Our listing fee is simple..

$150 paid when you sign up

This covers important essentials like professional photos, sign/lock box installation and showings scheduling service. Note – professional photos alone are a $100.00 value. They are yours to keep, even if for some reason you decide to cancel. Scroll down for more details!

$1,100 paid once successfully sold

This is our commission and is only paid when your home successfully sells. This fee is typically paid out of your proceeds at closing.

That’s a total of only $1,250! Hundreds less than many popular flat fee companies and thousands less than most Realtors. If that’s not exciting, we don’t know what is!!

*Note- many sellers choose to offer a buyer agent commission, which would be in addition to the listing fee as stated above.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I offer a buyer agent commission?

Ultimately it’s up to you as the owner/seller. The typical buyer agent commission offered by sellers in Utah is between 2% and 3%. The majority of qualified buyers are working with a Realtor to find their home. Therefore, the majority of sellers choose to offer a commission to buyers’ agents to get as many interested buyers in the door as possible. In this low inventory, sellers’ market, we recommend offering at least 2% to buyer agents. But, if this doesn’t fit your budget, don’t feel obligated.

How is HoneyHomb different than Homie?

In our opinion Homie falls under more of a limited service brokerage. In other words they leave a lot of the “to-do” up to you.  At HoneyHomb we charge quite a lot less than Homie, while providing a service on-par with the best full-service Realtors in the business. In summary, we do more of the work so that you don’t have to!

What is the difference between HoneyHomb and a traditional real estate agent?

We offer the same general services as a very good Realtor. We utilize the same websites, the same MLS, the same Utah standard legal forms, and have more experience than the majority of agents in the business today. Our most experienced agent has over 15 years of experience and has closed hundreds of transactions. We know what we are doing at HoneyHomb!
